What's the one thing customers most often get wrong about your line of work?

They think it’s just about having a massage. But it’s so much more than that. It’s about creating a safe space where you can breathe, slow down and feel cared for. For a new mum, it might be the first time someone has cared for her in weeks. For a pregnant mum, it can be a chance to reconnect with her changing body. For a parent and child, it’s about connection and nurturing touch. And sometimes, you simply need someone to say… “Take a breath. You’re doing enough. Let me look after you for a while.” That’s what my work means to me. It’s not just touch. It’s connection. It’s care. It’s time for you.
