These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LocallyIrish.ie (the “Service”), operated by Sevenoways Innovations, Coolaney, Co. Sligo, Ireland. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

• You may browse the directory and submit listings, reviews, events, news and job posts in good faith.
• You must not post false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• You must not scrape, resell or misuse data, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Business Listings

Free listings are available to Irish businesses. Business owners may claim and manage their listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We may source basic listing data from public directories; owners can request corrections or removal at any time.

Premium & Sponsored Services

Premium subscriptions and sponsored placements are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Reviews & User Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the Service. We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or third-party content and are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it. Always verify details directly with a business before transacting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
