I was attending for physio with an issue for which my doctor had prescribed anti-inflammatory tablets and I wanted to see if physio would relieve it faster and thus do away with the need for the medication. I felt an improvement after the very first physio session and it was clear that Ms Dempsey had quickly identified the problem and what to do about it. A few further sessions, including advice on what exercises I might like to do, relieved the problem steadily. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Anne Dempsey to anyone considering physiotherapy; and if your doctor recommends physio do ask to see Ms Dempsey.John DunneMy Name is Jason Kenna, I had a cerebullar stroke 2018 which affected my balance and coordination. I was looking for a specialist in Neuro physiotherapy to help me with my recovery and found Dr Anne Dempsey, when we first met for my physio treatment I used my wheelchair chair to gain access to Dr Anne’s treatment room. Dr Anne assessed me, she made me feel relaxed, safe, and secure immediately. On my next visit Dr Anne suggested for me not to bring my wheelchair, and with the help of Anne and my wife Lillian I walked in and out of treatment. Dr Anne has shown me different tips and techniques for home and to help Lillian with my home physio, which is very important. Dr Anne also does cranial sacral therapy which has also benefited me immensely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Anne Dempsey for Neurophysio and cranial work. I am already feeling more confident towards my goal to walking independently and my journey with Dr Anne Dempsey.Jason KennaFebruary 15, 2021Arthritis (Osteoarthritis) and PhysiotherapyArthritis (Osteoarthritis) and Physiotherapy Osteoarthritis is basically wear and tear or age related degeneration of the..February 13, 2021Back Pain vs. Sciatica: What’s the Difference?Back pain is the most commonly experienced type of pain.
