Back office automation

Tradon is a Saggart and Dublin 24-based operations and automation agency for Irish trade businesses, solo traders, property managers, and estate agencies across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, and Meath. The problem we solve: most small trade and property businesses lose hours every week to admin that has nothing to do with the actual work. Invoices get forgotten. Inspection reports take a week to write. Two jobs get booked into the same morning. A tenant never replies about access. None of it happens because anyone is careless. It happens because none of it is tracked. How it works, from the first email to the final invoice: An enquiry lands by email, the same way it always has, no new portal or form to learn. The details are read and logged automatically: who the client is, where the job is, and what needs doing. If anything is unclear, it gets flagged for a quick human check rather than guessed at. Once approved, the client, property, and job are created in your job management system in the right order, entered once, never typed twice. Your team gets a full briefing on their phone: address, access details, and everything they need to start. Photos and notes captured on site are saved to the right job automatically, so nothing lives in a group chat. The client gets a confirmation the moment the job is approved, and recurring clients get automatic service reminders, so nothing gets missed a year later. The moment the job is marked done, the invoice goes out, tracked from created through to paid, with a branded notification to the client. Staff hours and fuel costs are tracked per job automatically, so you always know your real margin. Supplier invoices are read and matched to the correct job on their own. You get a weekly performance report covering revenue, costs, profit, and completed jobs, a monthly report broken down by employee, and a daily recap, even on your day off. Attachments get read and filed. PO numbers get generated per job. Property and job folders get organised in Drive automatically. Follow-up changes and cancellations from client emails update the job on their own. Every job is tracked from the first email to the final payment. If something stalls, it is visible, not forgotten. Details are typed once and carried into every app, document, and invoice that needs them. And every job waits for your approval before anything is created: the system works for you, not the other way around. Who we work with: Irish trades and solo traders who want to stop chasing paperwork between jobs, and property managers and estate agencies who need maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination handled without hiring another office role. If admin is the thing slowing your business down, that is exactly the problem we are built to solve.
