Hi, I'm Barbara Monahan, Founder of CUBE Design and the only fully Certified Level C Brander on the island of Ireland, having completed all five levels of the programme, and taught directly by the best minds in the brand business. 

My clients are good at what they do, but something isn't hitting home and they can't name why, sometimes it’s one or two issues, sometimes a mountain they need to climb. Surface fixes are not my gig, because customers never choose on logic. They choose, subconsciously, on what they see, hear, and most of all, feel. The logic they add afterwards is their own, so it isn't always the truth. This is where I dig deep for the answers. 

For 37 years I've worked where design, strategy, psychology, and sustainability meet. There are no templates, canvasses or crutches, just freestyle conversation that reads unconscious patterns and finds the gap between what founders believe and what's true, before they've named the problem. This is brand building with empathy and humanity. This is the work I do as a brand architect. A brand architect is not a brand custodian. A custodian polishes what's already there, an architect builds what was missing. 

Revolution doesn't always roar. Sometimes it just changes what people believe, because behaviour follows design.
