About
Blissful Evolution is the therapy and wellness practice of Abi Beri, an IPHM-accredited Integrative Therapist based in Ireland. The practice offers somatic therapy, inner child work, and systemic constellation work — a slow, body-led, trauma-informed approach for adults navigating recurring patterns, inherited material, and the layer talk therapy alone hasn't reached. Sessions are held in Ireland and online worldwide, alongside workshops, corporate wellness, and a library of guided meditations and Sacred Talks.
