Sligo has spoken — and the results of the Best Coffee Shops in Sligo 2026 are official. Over the past few weeks, coffee-lovers across the county rallied behind their favourite spots — from busy town-centre roasters to a cart perched out at Gleniff. Twenty-three cafés made the shortlist, and the community turned out in force to crown the best of the best. 🥇 WINNER — Esquires, The Organic Coffee Co (Sligo) Esquires ran away with it, taking a commanding 227 votes and the title of Sligo's Best Coffee Shop 2026. A worthy champion and a firm local favourite. 🥈 RUNNER-UP — Gleniff Coffee Cart (Clogh) Proof that you don't need four walls to win hearts — Gleniff pulled 119 votes and second place, the highest-placed cart in the county. 🥉 THIRD — Milligram Coffee (Sligo) Milligram rounded out the podium with 108 votes, cementing its reputation among Sligo's serious coffee crowd.
