Kildare Clinic GP Walk-In Medical Centre is looking for an experienced nurse or phlebotomist to collect blood samples at our clinic on a regular scheduled basis.
About the role
Perform venepuncture and collect blood samples for patients as requested by our GPs
Work on a flexible, scheduled basis (specific days/times to be agreed)
Label, prepare and ensure safe handling of samples
Maintain accurate records and follow clinic infection-control and safety procedures
Provide a professional and reassuring experience for patients
Requirements
Registered nurse (NMBI) or qualified phlebotomist with proven venepuncture experience
Confident and competent in blood sample collection
Reliable, professional and good with patients
Ability to work independently on scheduled clinic sessions
