Waldron Meats are a family run business based in the heart of the countryside in Brideswell, Co. Roscommon. We cure, produce and distribute a wide range of tasty products, including pork, bacon, sausages, puddings and cooked meats across Ireland. Perfecting our craft for over three decades, we have won several prestigious awards including Blas na hEireann and Great Taste Awards.

We also take great pride in our curing process. We take no short cuts and use only 100% Bord Bia assured pork to slow cure our meats on site, unlike mass produced products which are cured in transit. We also use very little salt so there’s very little shrinkage.
