Total Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd.

We hired Total Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd. to install a heat pump and new radiators. The quality of the work was terrible. They left exposed pipes everywhere. They only bothered to box in one pipe in the entire house. The work was so poor that we had to call them back to fix it. The second guy who came out said all he would do was caulk the gaps because he had a bigger job elsewhere — and that was the end of any real effort to make things right. Every room they worked in is a mess: exposed pipes, damaged walls, and a general state of destruction. We now have to paint and completely redecorate all of those rooms ourselves just to get the house looking acceptable again. Do not let this company do any work in your house unless you already have a big budget set aside for redecorating afterwards. The installation may get done, but the finish and the mess they leave behind are not worth it.
