The Berman

The Berman is an Irish BER platform that makes it easier for homeowners, landlords and property owners to arrange a Building Energy Rating (BER) assessment. We connect customers with SEAI-registered BER assessors across Ireland, helping them compare assessment options and find a suitable assessor for their property. A BER certificate provides important information about a property's energy performance and gives the property an energy rating. Whether you are selling, renting, buying or looking to improve the energy efficiency of your home, having an up-to-date BER can help you understand your property's current energy performance. Through The Berman, property owners can explore BER assessment options, compare quotes and arrange an assessment online. Our platform is designed to simplify the process and make finding a qualified BER assessor more convenient. The Berman also provides useful information about BER ratings, energy efficiency, home improvements and ways to improve your property's energy performance. From insulation and heating upgrades to renewable energy solutions, homeowners can use our resources to better understand the steps that may help improve their home's BER rating.
