We are not a quick wipe-over service. We assess the actual condition of the property, agree the scope before work begins and select professional equipment, cleaning chemistry and methods appropriate to each surface.

That matters particularly in high-value homes. Natural stone and marble, quality timber floors, parquet, specialist tiles, delicate finishes, metals, fabrics and bespoke surfaces cannot all be treated with the same product. Where appropriate, we match cleaning chemistry, pH, temperature, agitation and method to the material being treated rather than relying on a one-product-fits-all approach.

For specialist floor care, we use professional orbital equipment with interchangeable brushes, graded pads and controlled solution application. This allows the cleaning, polishing or maintenance process to be matched to the individual surface — from natural stone and parquet to quality timber, tile and textile flooring — rather than treating every floor with the same aggressive method.

Where required, our specialist methods include 190°C superheated dry steam and controlled O₃ ozone treatment for persistent odours, allergy-related concerns including dust mites and hygiene-sensitive environments. We do not simply cover unwanted smells with fragrance — we address the property as a whole and target the underlying source at molecular level wherever possible.
