Landscape plans for planning permission applications are increasingly requested by local authority planning departments as part of the planning permission process. They are regularly required as part of further information requests after the initial application is received and processed by the planning department.

I specialise in appropriately satisfying the requirements of the planners and due to my high standard and strong track record, I have built good working relationships with many architects.

To streamline the planning process, it is often prudent to submit a landscaping proposal with the initial planning application to avoid potential delays when the relevant local authority requests a landscaping proposal afterwards.
