Brilliant service and care from start to finish. Our dog Casso was attacked by a pitbull, which was an extremely upsetting situation for us. A special mention to Emma, who dealt with us both over the phone and in the vet. She was absolutely brilliant, so kind, helpful and reassuring throughout. We’re very grateful for everything they did for Casso and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
