Ranked by Google ratings — updated 2 October 2026
As of 2 October 2026, LocallyIrish.ie ranks 2 bars & pubs in Callan, Co. Kilkenny by customer rating. The top-rated is Keogh's Lounge Bar, with 4.9 stars from 19 Google ratings. The Cosy Inn follows with 4.4 from 17 Google ratings.
Each business is scored on its average rating weighted by how many ratings it has, so a handful of perfect scores cannot outrank hundreds of near-perfect ones. We use reviews left on LocallyIrish.ie where a business has them, otherwise its Google rating — shown and labelled on every entry. A Google rating needs at least 5 ratings to count. Businesses without enough ratings are listed separately, unranked. Paid listings cannot buy a higher position. The list refreshes hourly.
